Instructions for use:
To get the best from Satinara, use the paste at room temperature**
Depending on the amount of icing you need divide the paste into smaller pieces. Knead the paste thoroughly to ensure the gums are activated as this will achieve maximum pliability and strength.
Use a small amount of icing sugar on your work surface and rolling pin, and roll to the desired thickness.
Store any unused sugar paste in an airtight container or sealed bag away from humidity, heat and bright lights.

** You can microwave the paste for a few seconds to bring it up to ambient temperature but please note: microwaving the paste will not activate the gums required to give it it's pliability. This will need to be achieved by kneading the paste as per the above instructions.
We do not charge any more for delivery to Scottish Highlands or other rural/remote mainland addresses but please allow an extra couple of days for delivery.
