FunCakes - Dark Chocolate - Ready To Use Ganache 260g

This delicious, ready to use ganache is versatile, super smooth and very easy to use - you can cover, fill and decorate your cakes all with the same product. Not only that, it is great to flavour ice cream and use as a chocolate filling. FunCakes ready to use ganache is available in two flavours: dark chocolate and white chocolate. Each pot contains 260g of ganache. Instructions:For chocolate filling: mix the product with a mixer to get the ganache light, airy and suitable for piping. For covering and piping: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340W or warm au bain marie to get the right consistency. For a buttercream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150g softened butter with the product for 5 minutes on high speed.
