Foodie Flavours Maple - Natural Food Flavouring 15ml. This natural food flavouring provides a beautifully rich maple flavouring to your cooking and baking, and can be used with various edible mediums.
It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets and ice-cream.
It is not, however, suitable for flavouring chocolate.
Ingredients: Natural maple flavouring with other natural flavourings, propylene glycol (E1520). Contains Celery Seed Oil.

Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.
For best results, dilute the flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.

Do not exceed: 3.7ml per kg of foodstuffs 1.2ml per litre in beverages
