This natural food flavouring gives a delicious and classic chocolate flavour to your cooking and baking, and can be used with various food and drink.
It works great in general cooking/baking, cakes, yogurt, cheesecake, sorbets, drinks (including beer/cider), and ice-cream.
It cannot, however, be used to flavour chocolate.

Please note, this is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted.
For best results, dilute our chocolate flavour into a key wet ingredient (water, milk, egg). Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. The 15ml bottle of natural chocolate food flavouring contains around 300 drops* of high strength flavouring. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.

Storage & Care: Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.
