Baking Elixir is an absolute game-changer in the world of freshness enhancers, protecting your cakes against mould, dryness, and cracking. The polyols used in Baking Elixir noticeably enhances the lightness and moisture of baked results due to its humectant properties, and also improves shelf-life, texture, structure, and volume of your cakes. Use in all your bakes - sponge cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, biscuits, scones, doughnuts, and more. Simply add the Baking Elixir to your existing recipe and bake as you normally would. No extra effort is required. For best results, the elixir should be added to your recipe at a rate of 2% of the total weight of your ingredients. For example, if there are 10kg of ingredients in your usual recipe, you would add 200g of Baking Elixir.
